چکیده
Background: The toric IPCL is posterior phakic intraocular lens used for correction of moderate to high myopia with astigmatism, but after the implantation, there were changes in parameters anterior chamber (AC). Purpose: purpose this study assess AC and vault patients astigmatism by Pentacam. Patients Methods: In a prospective interventional case series, 30 eyes treated implantation. Pentacam was done preoperatively, 1 month, 3 months 6 implantation evaluation as angle (ACA), depth (ACD) volume (ACV). Also, pressure (IOP) evaluated. Results: ACD 3.3±0.1 mm preoperatively changed 2.5±0.1 month remained stable at postoperatively (p-value =0.001). ACV 198.06±25.02 reduced 131.5±20.7, 131.8±21.4 131.5±20.2 months, respectively(p-value ACA 42.9±4.1 26.7±4.3, 26.4±4.2 26.7±4.9 respectively 458±126.2 um 461±129.6 464.6±130.6 =0.005). IOP slightly during first then level near preoperative values second third follow-up. Conclusion: useful tool follow up astigmatism.

INTRODUCTION The objective of this study was to evaluate the changes of the anterior chamber (AC) of the eye after implantable Collamer lens (ICL) implantation in high myopia by using the Pentacam. METHODS The prospective study included 34 high myopic patients (34 eyes). All patients were treated with Visian implantable Collamer lens (ICL) (Staar Surgical Co.) implantation. The Pentacam (Ocul...

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy, safety and stability of posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens (PIOLs) implantation for the correction of high myopia. METHODS Thirty-nine eyes of twenty patients with high myopia (between -11.75 and -25.75 diopters) had a posterior chamber PIOL (Staar ICL) implanted. During 6 - 48 months' follow-up, visual acuity, refraction, intraocular pressure (IOP),...

INTRODUCTION We report the case of a patient in whom simultaneous toric phakic intraocular lens removal and phacoemulsification with toric intraocular lens implantation were beneficial for reducing pre-existing astigmatism and acquiring good visual outcomes in eyes with implantable collamer lens-induced cataract and astigmatism. CASE PRESENTATION A 53-year-old woman had undergone toric implan...
